Abstract

¹æ¹ý: ´Ü¸éÀû Á¶»ç¿¬±¸·Î, Á¦15Â÷ (2019³â) û¼Ò³â °Ç°­ÇàÅ¿¶óÀÎÁ¶»ç ¿ø½ÃÀÚ·á ´ë»óÀÚ 57,303¸í Áß ´Ù¹®È­Ã»¼Ò³â 711¸íÀ» ÃÖÁ¾ ºÐ¼® ÇÏ¿´´Ù IBM SPSS 250À» ÀÌ¿ëÇÏ¿© Rao-scott ¥ö2 test, ·ÎÁö½ºÆ½È¸±ÍºÐ¼® ¹æ¹ýÀ» »ç¿ëÇÏ¿´´Ù.

°á·Ð: ´Ù¹®È­Ã»¼Ò³âÀÇ ÁÖ°üÀû °Ç°­ ÀνĿ¡ ¿µÇâÀ» ¹ÌÄ¡´Â ±àÁ¤ÀûÀÎ ½Ä½À°üÀÇ Çü¼ºÀÌ ÇÊ¿äÇÏ´Ù µû¶ó¼­ ´Ù¹®È­°¡Á·À» À§ÇØ ÀûÀýÇÑ ½Ä½À°ü Çü¼º ±³À°°ú Áö¿øÀ» ü°èÀûÀ¸·Î ÁøÇàÇÏ¿©¾ß ÇÑ´Ù.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the affect of eating behaviors on subjective health ofmulti-cultural adolescents in South Korea.

Methods: This study is designed as cross-sectional Using the statisticsfrom the 15th (2019) Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-based Survey, multiple logistic regression analysis wasconducted Overall, 711 multi-cultural adolescents were included in the analysis.

Results: When analyzing thefactors affecting the subjective health status of multi-cultural adolescents, normal body mass index (OR: 056,95% CI: 035~089) and milk consumption (OR: 054, 95% CI: 035~083) showed a lower risk of being unhealthy,while skipping breakfast for 5 days (OR: 197, 95% CI: 133~293) and convenience store food consumption (OR:159, 95% CI: 105~240) showed a higher risk of being unhealthy.

Conclusion: It is necessary to form positiveeating habits that influence the subjective health perception of multi-cultural adolescents Therefore, appropriatedietary education and systematic support should be provided for multi-cultural families.
